Happy New Year!

The Japan Organization for the Promotion of Renewable Energy has created the ultimate way to keep cool this erm, winter. They’ve put a solar panel on top of a cap, then attached it to a fan that’s been stuck in a hole on the front. The sunnier it is, the more the fan will cool you down. At the low price of 2000 yen (£8.68/$16.93), the association expect it to be a big hit in Tokyo this summer!

Not bad eh? Looking well cool down the pub on those balmy summer evenings (and lunchtimes!).
